Louder Than Words is powered by Reflex, a trauma response charity based in Australia.

When a crisis hits, we act quickly. Reflex provides emergency trauma counselling in the first 72 hours after an incident. No waiting lists. No bureaucracy. Just real help, right when it’s needed most.

Our model is community-first and client-led. We meet people where they are. In homes, on phones, or online, and follow up with practical support in the aftermath.

We also train workplaces, consult on trauma-informed practices, and push for more responsive care across Australia.

Reflex exists to make sure no one slips through the cracks.
