Reflex Response Services is a trauma response charity providing rapid, human-centred mental health support in the aftermath of crisis. We show up where people fall through the cracks, offering immediate care, practical resources, and long-term recovery pathways.

Whether it’s an individual, a workplace, or a whole community impacted, we bring trauma-informed support that meets people exactly where they are.

Reflex is based in Newcastle, NSW and services Newcastle, the Hunter, and the Central Coast of NSW.
